Five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms across 3,175 square feet. Three bedrooms, including the primary suite, are on the main floor and two are upstairs.

### Are SHARC passes included?
Yes. SHARC passes are included with every stay at no extra charge, so your group can use the pools, lazy river and courts at Sunriver's aquatic and recreation center.

### Is there a hot tub?
Yes, a private hot tub on the back deck, cleaned and serviced between stays.

### Can we golf?
Sunriver Resort sells tee times and greens fees directly. Resort-managed golf packages aren't included with this home, but the courses are a short drive or bike ride away.

### Can we bring our dog?
Yes. Up to 2 dogs under 20 pounds each are welcome, with a $59 pet fee. Please let us know when you book. No other pets, please.

### Do you allow parties or events?
No. The home is for families and groups who want a quiet stay. The primary guest must be at least 25, sign a short rental agreement, and verify their ID.
