The home

Built in 1996 on a 0.47-acre lot, the house is set up for families and groups who want to spend time together and still have room to spread out. The great room has a beamed, vaulted ceiling and a river-rock fireplace, and opens onto a wide deck in the trees. The hot tub sits on its own screened deck.

How booking works

Pick your dates above and continue to secure checkout. We review every request and confirm within a day. The full street address and gate/entry details are sent with your booking confirmation.

  • Check-in after 4 pm, check-out by 11 am.
  • The guest who books must be 25 or older and stay for the whole reservation.
  • A short rental agreement and ID check are part of checkout.
  • A refundable $1,000 security deposit is collected 2 days before check-in and refunded 2 days after checkout.
  • Dogs under 20 lb are welcome, up to 2 dogs, with a $59 pet fee. No other pets.
  • Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
  • No parties or events.
  • The guest who books must stay for the whole reservation.
  • Respect Sunriver quiet hours and the neighbors.
  • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

Five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms across 3,175 square feet. Three bedrooms, including the primary suite, are on the main floor and two are upstairs.

Are SHARC passes included?

Yes. SHARC passes are included with every stay at no extra charge, so your group can use the pools, lazy river and courts at Sunriver's aquatic and recreation center.

Is there a hot tub?

Yes, a private hot tub on the back deck, cleaned and serviced between stays.

Can we golf?

Sunriver Resort sells tee times and greens fees directly. Resort-managed golf packages aren't included with this home, but the courses are a short drive or bike ride away.

Can we bring our dog?

Yes. Up to 2 dogs under 20 pounds each are welcome, with a $59 pet fee. Please let us know when you book. No other pets, please.

Do you allow parties or events?

No. The home is for families and groups who want a quiet stay. The primary guest must be at least 25, sign a short rental agreement, and verify their ID.
